DESCRIPTION:Venue: Zoom (online) \nClinical supervision is a regular and formal process allowing clinicians structured time to receive reflective and practice-based support. It is facilitated by a clinical supervisor with the aims of developing quality care\, accountability\, learning and personal competence in order to meet organisational\, professional and personal objectives. Promoting the best outcomes for service users\, it is a proactive process that is led by the needs of the supervisee. Since leaving the police Dave over the last 17 years has delivered hundreds of Drug Awareness Sessions to Schools and Colleges all over the country engaging with all parties (Students/Staff and Parental Sessions) to ensure his key message about raising the awareness of the real risks and dangers associated with many substances young people in particular are likely to come into contact with. He does not preach and delivers his presentations in a ‘non judgemental manner’ in his own ‘unique style’\, ensuring that his audiences engage with him from the very minute he starts to speak. He also has strong links with NAMSS (National Association for Managers of Student Services)\, the BSA (Boarding School Association) and Hieda (Health in Education) delivering bespoke Drug Awareness Training events for their staff (including work overseas with international schools).

She originally trained as a Mental Health Nurse in 1990 and subsequently worked in inpatient and community settings with adults\, children\, young people and their families. She completed a Masters in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and a post graduate diploma in Evidence Based Practice leading to qualifying as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Most of her career has been spent working directly with children\, young people and families in NHS CAMHS and she now works part time in independent clinical practice. In addition\, she works as a freelance trainer for the Charlie Waller Trust delivering training on Mental Health Issues to schools\, primary care and a wide variety of organisations working with children and young people. As part of a nonprofit organisation called Brighter Futures Together\, she trains NHS CAMHS clinicians to deliver evidence based training to the children’s workforce across the Thames Valley and the South of England.

Alongside her role as AHP\, Leanne is also responsible for overseeing the International Pupil’s Co-ordinator\, Lead Nurse and Guardians at Charterhouse.  Leanne has been instrumental in establishing co-education at Charterhouse where she also oversees and audits the implementation of the NMS across the 15 boarding houses. \n\nM Jolly\, Director of Wellbeing and Inclusion\, Senior Leader\, Charter House School \nM Jolly is the director of wellbeing and inclusion and senior leader at Charter House school. She is also a qualified therapist and clinical Supervisor. She has worked in schools with young people for over ten years and is creating real change within her school. M Jolly\, harnesses student voice to bring awareness to the school community and beyond about important issues. The EDI vision between 2021-2023 has placed emphasis on allyship and anti-discrimination\, culminating in pupil-led Charters for Anti-Racism\, Anti-Sexism\, LGBTQ+ and Anti-Bullying.
