School nurses play a pivotal role in the health and wellbeing of pupils and staff. As approachable, knowledgeable professionals, their guidance is often sought during times of illness or concern. A well-led medical team contributes significantly to a welcoming and effective Medical Centre – one that champions the health of the whole school community.

This seminar is designed to strengthen and develop leadership skills in nurses responsible for managing small or large medical teams within a school setting. The session will explore practical strategies to enhance collaboration, improve team dynamics, and foster stronger connections between the Medical Centre and the wider school.
