Course Outline

This interactive training explores how to design and deliver effective staff appraisals that are fair, unbiased, and supportive of professional development. Participants will examine best practice in appraisal design, understand the link between appraisal and revalidation, and develop confidence in holding constructive conversations, including with staff who may be disengaged or lacking motivation. The session is suitable for leaders, managers, and anyone responsible for staff performance and development.

Trained at Great Ormond Street, Rosie made the move to the independent sector in 2006.  With an MA in Medical Ethics and Law and the Specialist Community Pubic Health Nurse qualification her passion remains promoting the Healthy Child Programme, and promoting the visibility of school nurses in the independent sector.
