This ‘Excellent in Every Aspect’ ISI rated day and boarding school is looking for a Head of Wellbeing. This integral role within the School must be held by a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist who has experience of working with adults, children and adolescents and would suit a leader with a proven track record of team management and excellent communication skills.

As part of the role, the supervision of counsellors and key pastoral staff will be expected, along with the ability to deliver training courses and be Level 3 Safeguarding trained.

This role will permit the right candidate to work as a mental health lead and to support the Headmaster to foster leadership that supports emotional health and wellbeing, along with having input into the PSHE curriculum.

This role is a permanent position working 40 hours per week between Monday and Saturday during term-time. The salary for this role is c.£40,000 depending on skills, knowledge and experience.
