How You’ll Be Involved

Are you ready to lead a ground breaking transformation in mental health services? We are seeking an innovative individual confident to lead the delivery of integrated support and services at the neighbourhood level. As the Head of Mental Health Transformation, you will collaborate with the North London Mental Health Partnership to redesign and implement a pioneering service model for mental health adult social care. Your role will blend service design, stakeholder engagement, and leadership to drive the necessary change for delivering exceptional care.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree-level qualification or extensive experience in managing transformations within local authorities or NHS environments, coupled with knowledge of change management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and organisational change procedures.

You will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and national policies concerning Adult Social Care and Mental Health, along with experience in multi-professional and interagency working, policy development, staffing, and financial resource management. Additionally, you will have significant experience in program/project management, stakeholder collaboration, team leadership, political and economic insight gathering, and the implementation of large-scale innovative projects within a political environment.
