Colleague Wellbeing Lead

30k-35k

It will be a remote role but you will be expected to travel to PFAS sites for F2F interaction with our colleagues and occasionally into head office.

In this hands-on and varied role, you will be shaping the engagement strategy and approach for our client as a visible and active role- model for positive, inclusive, colleague engagement.
Listening to team members and working with the business, using best practice in culture change and engagement, you will develop and implement inspiring engagement plans to enhance our colleagues experience and drive business results.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience

  • in corporate health & wellbeing
  • in employee engagement
  • in team management

Proven experience in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing
Up to date knowledge of developments in the wellbeing market and evidence based practice
Experience of developing, implementing, and evolving wellbeing strategies
Experience of using various Microsoft Software and Databases
Strong analytical skills to interpret and deliver data
Experience of coaching managers and delivering training
Experience of strategic thinking in a business environment
