Job Description

 

The post holder will work across GP practices within West Dunbartonshire providing a mental health wellbeing assessment, advice, and signposting service that supports the concept of positive mental health.
This would be done without the requirement of a GP assessment, within G.P practices across West Dunbartonshire.
The post holder will be expected to liaise with practice staff, community link workers and third sector staff, delivering an effective, person centred and strength based approach that promotes wellbeing.
The post holder will be line managed within existing Community Mental Health Team structures.
The post holder will be required to undertake duties without direct supervision. This will involve working in a variety of settings across the West Dunbartonshire catchment area.
The shift pattern for this post is Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
