Full time equivalent salary range: £31,346 – £36,922 per annum
Actual salary range: £28,075 – £33,069 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful and hardworking inclusion team. We
are seeking an empathetic, approachable person to implement strategies to achieve and
maintain good levels of school attendance. You will join a fantastic team of support staff at
our school who really want to make a difference to young people’s lives. You will play a vital
role at Light Hall, promoting positive attitudes towards high levels of regular school
attendance, supporting our students and their families to improve their children’s access to
learning. You will liaise with external agencies to reduce absence and improve social and
educational inclusion for individual students. You will be a crucial person in maximizing the
opportunities we give to our students to ensure they have the best chance to gain the
excellent education on offer at Light Hall.
