Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary Range: £44,209.40 – £48,410.34 per annum (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: As a Lead Nurse, you’ll be the driving force behind our nursing team. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and inspirational leadership to the forefront. Your passion will be the catalyst for change and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Motivated Leadership: Your role involves being an enthusiastic, creative leader dedicated to nursing excellence. Inspire and lead our nursing team toward success.
- Clinical Expertise: Develop and deliver clinical, health, and wellbeing interventions that empower individuals on their recovery journey.
- Supervision: Provide clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
- Service Excellence: Contribute to service development, ensuring high-quality interventions adhering to best practice guidelines and professional standards.
- Clinical Excellence: Showcase your clinical prowess, monitoring, auditing, and sustaining best practices across our locations in Croydon.
