TLC Nursery is a family run nursery in Hendon caring for 80 children each day ranging from 9 months to 3+ across 5 rooms. We are always oversubscribed and serve the local community with our full time hours of 08.30-18.00 open 50 weeks a year
We are looking for a Deputy Manager who has experience in this position.
The Job Description will be typical for the role of Nursery Deputy Manager but will develop over time to suit both the needs of the candidate and the nursery. To demonstrate and showcase their experience, we will be very interested to hear from the candidate what they believe the role would entail
Together with the experience in this role – probably at least 3 years as a Deputy or the equivalent – we need an individual who will be able to oversee 5 rooms and report to the Nursery Manager and Owner.
Accordingly the candidate will be methodical, well organised and be an excellent communicator – both written and oral – to the nursery staff.
The most crucial part of the response to this post will be a clear supporting letter in addition to the CV.
The salary range on offer reflects our need and willingness in investing in a top practitioner. Ideally the candidate will be available in the New Year, however, we would be willing to wait a few months for the right person.
