Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of the nursery
– Supervise and train nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy
– prepare the nursery for OFSTED good or outstanding rating
Experience:
– Previous experience in a nursery or childcare center setting is highly preferred
– Strong knowledge of SENCO, Montessori , safegaurding and OFSTED regulations is highly preffered.
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist parents and staff
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
– Knowledge of management systems and procedures
