Starfish Children’s Day Nursery is situated in Farnham (several minutes’ walk from the main town centre and Train Station) and is a busy independent Family run nursery open all year round that has been judged Good in its last 3 Ofsted inspections.
We are currently looking to recruit a full-time manger for our ever-growing team who has a passion for early years and making a difference to the lives of young children. You must be an enthusiastic leader and strong team player, show good mentoring and coaching skills, as well as being prepared to demonstrate and model good behaviour

Full and relevant Level 3/5 or degree qualification is required for the role along with strong evidence of CPD, 2+ years of nursery managerial experience with proven/recent track record managing either a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ nursery and experience of working at an independent setting.
