Position: Registered General Nurse
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Warrington
Hourly Rate: £20 – Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities:
As a Registered General Nurse at their facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and person-centred care to their residents. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ healthcare needs.
- Creating and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments following established protocols.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on elderly care, preferred.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that includes weekends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
