Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Day shift – 37.5 hrs a week- Temp – ongoing role.

We are searching for a new Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join us. You will be advising and working closely with the Care Team to deliver the highest standards of individual care to our residents, ensuring everyone is treated with respect, dignity and that their individual care plans are met.

In this role you will be:

  • Regularly reviewing and completing all documentation as required
  • Ensuring that the appropriate documentation reflects the care given and clinical intervention.
  • Leaving clear, concise and personalised instructions for ongoing care delivery
  • Monitoring and controlling residents’ nutritional and dietary requirements
  • Supporting, guiding and leading the team to ensure the safety of residents and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

For this role it is essential that you:

  • Are currently registered with NMC for appropriate client group (valid PIN number)
  • Have relevant mental health nursing experience
  • Have experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control and pressure area care.
