Job Description

The role will be within a 10 bed hospital, with 5 beds for female residences and 5 beds for male residences.

You will be expected to hold a small case load which you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for service users and support the Registered Manager in the management development of the registered service. You will participate in the setting, monitoring and evaluation of standards of care and clinical audit and contribute to the clinical governance processes.

The role will involve working nights. You will also manage a team and documenting staff supervision where you will ensure the company’s policies, procedures and processes are implemented. In addition, you will be expected to work closely with other professionals both internally and externally.

Part time or full-time hours available.

Starting salary £17.01 increasing to £18.56 after satisfactory probation period

Qualifications/ Experience

  • NMC (required)
  • Degree in nursing
  • Mental Health experience
