About the Job
This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients experiencing mental health concerns, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care through video and telephone consultations.
You will work independently while actively engaging in regular clinical supervision, managing patients in crisis where you will provide timely and effective support, and referring patients to the most appropriate services or care settings.
We’re seeking an experienced mental health practitioner who is able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours a week to provide virtual consultations via our intuitive platform.
Key Requirements:
- NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Minimum of two years experience as a Mental Health Nurse within Primary Care or General Practice, practicing at Band 8a or above
- Independent prescribing qualification
