The post is for 28 hours weekly over 5 days.
This is an exciting and busy post where the post holder would support the Band 6 School Nurse on the local delivery of the School Nursing agenda. Post holders work very much as part of the multidisciplinary and agency team. School Nursing forms part of the combined Health Visiting/Nursery Nurse/School Nursing Team and is led by the Health Visitor Team Leader.
We are seeking a suitably experienced, motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join the team.
