Post Title – School Nurse Trainee Band 5

Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Duration – Permanent

Salary Scale: Band 5 – £28,384 – £35,365 p.a.

The School Nursing service works within and overarching model of Mental Health and Wellbeing focussing on the impact of inequality and poverty.

School Nurses work within localities, their workload is driven by the needs of Children and Young people and focusses on the impact of poverty and inequality.

As a trainee School Nurse you will undertake the Advanced Practice – School Nursing qualification delivered by RGU. On completion of the Advanced practice qualification you will move into a Band 6 School Nurse post within the Caithness locality.
