You’ll join a diverse and inclusive team supporting frontline staff at every stage of a project from the creation of initial ideas through delivery to reviewing its success upon completion. Your fast-paced role will be supported through training and development with great opportunities for career development.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated, you’ll have a proven track record in supporting the delivery of complex, large scale projects, working across departmental and organisational boundaries. Your excellent stakeholder management skills are critical, and the ability to work across several areas at once an advantage.

Our Transformation Team supports flexible working including offering a 9 day fortnight and flexible hours to support caring responsibilities. The role is also well suited to working from home although there is an expectation to be office based at least 2 or 3 times a month.
