Support worker
£9.90 – £10.49 per hour
We are looking for committed, flexible individuals to join our team supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health issues in Blyth, Seaton Delaval, Ashington, Morpeth, Ponteland, Prudhoe, Alnwick, Hexham and Haltwhistle.
No experience necessary – just show us your excellent personal values.
Part-time and full-time working available in Northumberland with an immediate start (subject to satisfactory references and DBS). Weekdays, weekends and night shifts available.
Easy public transport access from Newcastle, Eldon Square.
Duties will include:
· Help with shopping
· Facilitating community access
· Meal preparation
· Emotional and mental health support
· Contributing to support plans
· Dealing with medication
· Managing finances
· Record-keeping
· Reporting any concerns
