Ward Sister/Charge Nurse
Are you a Registered Adult, Registered Paediatric or Registered Mental Health Nurse passionate about the holistic care of young people and looking to develop your leadership skills? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated professional to join our T12 South nursing and senior leadership teams in our Childrens and Young Peoples Division. T12 South is the largest multi-speciality unit leading the way in adolescent care in the UK.
- T12 South consists of 16 beds, providing inpatient and day case care to children aged 13- 19 years. We care for young people with a variety of complex medical and surgical conditions We have a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to support our young people with their physical and mental health needs
This post offers huge potential for further developing your clinical, leadership and management skills. You will be an integral part if the expert multidisciplinary team working closely together to deliver high quality adolescent care. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and engage in service development, quality improvement and leading change, to shape our CYP services for the future.
