We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wellbeing Lead to join our team, leading the way in delivering our health and wellbeing strategy and providing professional nutritional advice to the wider Good Eating Company team; clients and clients team members.

At Good Eating Company, we create workplace dining experiences which inspire, refresh and energise our clients and their teams; all our menus are produced with fresh food from quality ingredients delivered professionally in a friendly environment; ensuring a beautifully simple approach to food and service.

About the Role

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • £35 – £40k depending on experience
  • Work alongside our Managing Director to develop and deliver our health and wellbeing strategy
  • Delivering and evaluating a range of practical and educational initiatives to encourage healthy lifestyles
  • Supporting out clients on a one-to-one bases to make positive, practical changes to their food choices and general health
  • Providing nutritional information for food production and securing approval for health claims on menus and promotional material.
  • Develop and analyse menus for individual sites
  • To develop and evolve all client’s services at location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.
  • To ensure that nutritional company procedures and work instructions are fully understood and practised by all employees.
  • Implement communications to customers to allow them to make informed decisions on the nutritional value of menu items, and keeping up to date with UK Government advice
  • Develop training materials for our internal Learner Management System (LMS)

 

About You

  • Registered Nutritionist – BSc Nutrition Graduate, registered with the Association for Nutrition
  • Good communication skills, including verbal presentation and written
  • A love for food, with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal
  • Able to organise and deliver online webinars
  • Passion, enthusiasm and empathy
  • Ability to engage, encourage and motivate others
  • Effective team working
  • Capability to multitask and work independently with proactive time management skills
  • A leader who takes ownership and responsibility for the operation.
  • Embrace and keeps up to date with market trends, styles and new ideas
  • Deliver what you promise to the customer, client and your team
  • Ability to deliver and maintain standards in line with our company vision and values; every time, without compromise
