Course outline

Anger is often, but not always, related to poor mental health or trauma. This webinar aims to provide delegates with an understanding of the causes of anger problems and strategies for working with young people who find it difficult to control their anger.  

Training topics will include:

  • An overview of the common reasons that cause some people difficulties with controlling their anger  
  • Recognising the behaviours and symptoms caused by anger, not always related to aggressive behaviour towards others.  
  • Advising and supporting those in need of anger management strategies.  

Learning outcomes:

  • An understanding of how stress and anxiety can lead to anger  
  • A better understanding of how anger can be prevented or diverted.  
  • Increased confidence in supporting people in need of anger management strategies.
