This seminar explores what high quality reflective supervision looks like and the many benefits for the supervisee.
Training topics will include:
- explores why safeguarding supervision is so important in maintaining a healthy culture
- identifies relevant statutory, regulatory and practice frameworks surrounding supervision.
- outlines key supervision theories and models
- ways to access quality supervision.
