This seminar explores what high quality reflective supervision looks like and the many benefits for the supervisee.

Training topics will include:

  • explores why safeguarding supervision is so important in maintaining a healthy culture
  • identifies relevant statutory, regulatory and practice frameworks surrounding supervision.
  • outlines key supervision theories and models
  • ways to access quality supervision.
