This is an excellent opportunity for either an enthusiastic trainee (graduate or other relevant experience) – or for a more experienced person, to join us as a Caseworker, specialising in working with people with significant mental health issues.

What does the role entail?

The successful candidate will be committed to achieving great outcomes for vulnerable clients, through the delivery of quality advice and casework.

Our service is built on excellent working relationships with relevant mental health teams in the NHS and voluntary sector, receiving referrals and working together to support recovery for mental health service users. Our long-term funding reflects the great reputation which is maintained by our experienced and supportive team.

What skills do we require?

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a related subject would be an advantage but not essential
  • Empathy and motivation to achieve the right outcomes for people with a mental health diagnosis.
  • Flexibility, commitment, energy and enthusiasm
