We are looking for a Community Staff Nurse in the Health Visiting Team to join our award-winning service in Somerset. Using your lived experience, you will be able to get involved in service development and share ideas and best practice.

You must be an NMC registered Nurse or Midwife and an interest of holistically addressing the health needs of children aged 0-5 years and their families.

  • The salary for this post is in line with Agenda for Change Band 5, which has a current salary range of £25,655 – £31,534 (£20,467 – £25,162 pro rata).
  • 30 hours per week
  • Membership of the NHS Pension Scheme, Subject to meeting certain criteria, or Auto enrolment onto our generous Pension Scheme and optional pension enhancement through our Additional Voluntary Contribution scheme.
