An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) Practice Nurse Support and Development Team. This role will work locally and nationally to support the transformation of nursing within General Practice as well as providing additional leadership and change management capacity within the team. You will be responsible for providing quality leadership, guidance and clinical support to progress areas of improvement and development work across 234 General Practices, 6 HSCPs, NHSGCC and wider NHS Education Scotland and Scottish Government. This work will support and enhance the redesign of primary care in both nursing and the wider multidisciplinary team context.  You will be a Registered General Nurse with General Practice Nursing experience and also worked at Advanced Practice Level within a Primary Care setting. You must have a strong understanding of primary care and be knowledgeable of current policy. This job requires dynamic leadership to navigate through a complex and sometimes sensitive network whilst being able to positively influence key stakeholders at the right time.
