Full Job Description

You are an organised and experienced administrator, with excellent record keeping and minute taking skills, looking to use your talents to benefit students and colleagues that support them. You have a sound knowledge of data protection, confidentiality and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

 

Exciting work you will do

  • To work closely with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager, to develop and refine administrative and record keeping systems to support the work of the service.
  • To be responsible for data/records maintenance including compiling service/data reports and for Student Wellbeing.
  • To coordinate invitations for meetings, take accurate minutes in complex student case discussions, and circulate meeting documents.
  • To develop and maintain systems which allow for accurate evaluation and monitoring of the service, including student related tasks using our student CRM salesforce
  • To contribute to updating of publicity materials, including the team’s website.

 

The skills and experience you will need to be successful

  • Relevant qualification, training, and/or experience in administrative support and customer care
  • Advanced knowledge of; MS Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Email, tailored business systems or case management software (Salesforce CRM desirable)
  • Intermediate skill in using Excel to create bespoke systems for reporting, tracking and evaluating data, from individual student – to whole service level.

 

Details about the role

Permanent, part-time 2.5 days, some flexibility with working days/hours

Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
