Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to join our team as Mental Health Nurse Specialists. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring support workers, and contributing to the development of local policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective patient-centred care plans
– Facilitate daily hospital activities, including group therapy sessions and individual support
– Implement the Mental Health Act where necessary, ensuring patient safety and well-being
– Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and outcomes
