The Nest Day Nursery and Pre-school is a group of 3 Nurseries based in Brighton and Hove.

The Role of Nursery Manager (In Brief!)

  • To work autonomously, undertaking the full leadership and management of the setting
  • Work closely with families to develop strong relationships between nursery and home.
  • Support your Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, Practitioners and apprentices to grow their knowledge and careers.
  • To inspire and deliver ambitious standards of care and education
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and HR Director to ensure policies, procedures and targets are adhered to
  • To achieve and maintain 100% occupancy

Safeguarding

All applicants will be subject to full vetting, including a DBS check and a requirement for two satisfactory references from your two most recent employers and most recent work with children.

Applicants must be qualified to Level 3 and above in Early Years with at least two years of leadership experience in Nursery Settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £31,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
