Are you passionate about working with young children and shaping their futures? Crescent II Kindergarten: The Kindergartens is recruiting for a full-time Nursery Nurse (Level 3 qualified or above) to join our team of highly skilled practitioners.

Set in the heart of our London communities, our Nursery offer an Outstanding pre-school experience. With a variety of different settings, from smaller cosier groups to larger, more bustling spaces, each share an ambition to nurture enthusiastic, kind, confident and imaginative young people. At our Ofsted ‘outstanding’ rated early years setting, we provide exceptional care and education to our children. If you are currently an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Teacher or have a level 3 in Early Years, this is the perfect role for you.

The Nursery Nurse will provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children in our nursery.
You will be required to lead and work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to provide an enabling environment in which all children can play, develop and learn.
A key part of the role is around building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents to enable children’s needs to be met. You will need to be confident in formulating and operating a program of activities suitable for the range of children attending the nursery, in conjunction with the Head Teacher.
A good understanding of the EYFS is essential, and you will need to be familiar with conducting observations, age and stage checks, and updating these along with each child’s learning plan on a regular basis.

For those without formal qualifications, we also have exciting opportunities for unqualified practitioners who possess a genuine passion for working with children.
