At AXA Health we’re actively looking for Part Time Occupational Health Advisors to join our Occupational Health Teams in Cumbria and Aberdeen. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll make a tangible and lasting difference to people’s lives every day. You’ll work onsite to undertake assessments as well as working from home on a diverse range of cases; no two days are the same. As such, you must be flexible and comfortable with a degree of travel as part of your working week. We’re more than happy to consider both full and part time hours, we can discuss what suits you best. At AXA, we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working empowering our people to balance their time between home and office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll spend part of your week onsite and the rest working from home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of the many employees of our clients and use your specialist clinical skills to provide expert assessments and the right solutions to match the client’s needs.
  • Undertake case management in person and over the phone producing high standard and quality management advice reports
  • Onsite Health Surveillance will include elements such as HAVS, lung function testing, health questionnaires, fitness for work assessments and working with our clients to maintain and develop the health and wellbeing of the workforce.
  • You will be provided with support, training and development to thrive in your role.

Holiday

 

Work life balance is important. Our holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 22 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on the business area or the role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. Depending on which part of AXA you work in, there’s also flexibility to buy up to five additional days or sell up to three days, helping you to achieve the right balance for you.
