The school is located in beautiful 35-acre grounds with good transport links and within easy walking distance of Reading Station. We offer several staff benefits including excellent training and Inset opportunities, discounted gym membership, subsidised meals, free car parking, pension scheme and School fee reduction where appropriate.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring nurse to join our small and happy school nurse team on a term time only contract.
The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC PIN, or a Health
Care Assistant with relevant experience, required to work 23 hours per week, with some hours
worked on the occasional Saturdays.
The role will be diverse, including the provision of emergency care, first aid and chronic disease management. You will be working closely with the Senior Nurse, and you will play an important role as part of the Health Centre’s multidisciplinary team. Queen Anne’s is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
