The Wells Academy are looking for a Safeguarding and Wellbeing officer to join them on their transformational journey to Greatness. As part of the Safeguarding team you will work closely with the Senior Deputy Principal and the Student Care team to ensure that safeguarding at The Wells Academy is outstanding and supports all of its students effectively.

Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT you will be fully supported to deliver a high service and impactful intervention to ensure that students are safe, cared for and provided with an environment in which they can make the best possible progress.
