We are looking for an experienced, clinically competent nurse to join the senior nursing team within our school and college, as part of a cohesive team of more than 40 clinical staff (nurses, HCA and pharmacy technicians). The successful candidate will utilise their skills in assessing and managing acute clinical deterioration, shift leading and supportive supervision of junior staff. The ability to prioritise, retain and communicate complex information, and advise on policy and practice issues is also needed.

We provide a robust induction and training for new staff, as well as ongoing support to develop existing skills. For this full-time post, the majority of working hours is required Monday to Friday in term time (with participation in the out of hours nurse on call rota) but an ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service is important.

  • Life insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Pension & Occupational Health schemes
