The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 17.00.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Team Leader to join our Children and Families Team in Renfrewshire.

You will be accountable for the management of a children and families team within one of our geographical areas and will manage the deployment of team resources within the area effectively.

Renfrewshire Health and Social Care partnership is responsible for Adult Social Work and all Health Services within the community, including all health-related children’s services.

• Providing the right service, at the right time, in the right place.
• Working in partnership to ‘treat the person and not the condition’.

It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and that you have a post-registration qualification in Health Visiting or Public Health Nursing, with evidence of continuing professional development. A Post-Graduate Certificate in Child Protection is desirable although not essential.

If you are successful, you will have to successfully complete the NHS GGC Induction as well as the Children and Families specific induction. This includes training in the use of the National Practice Model and EMIS system.
