The Role:
Working as a Well-being Coordinator in one of our supporting roles is personally and professionally rewarding.
You will be resourceful and creative, organising activities and social events for elderly people who are frail or who have dementia. You will support our volunteers and engage with local community groups in making our home a part of that community.
You will have an empathy with the needs of older people and understand the importance of treating our residents with dignity and respect. If you feel you can help to make our residential unit a place that our residents can really call home, we would love to hear from you.
You’ll be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
What we can offer you:

  • regular supervision and excellent support
  • a flexible working environment

  • interest free loans and discounts
  • access to the Local Government Pension Scheme
Full COVID-19 vaccination status is no longer required as a condition of employment, but being fully vaccinated is strongly encouraged.
