Job Description: Are you dynamic, motivational and inspiring trainer with the ability to deliver wellbeing, employability and digital skills workshops and one to one support?

Sinclair Wellbeing and Training Solutions Ltd is an experienced provider of employability, digital skills and wellbeing training. We are now seeking highly competent coaches for ongoing DWP contracts throughout the UK – both online and in a class setting. Please note face to face delivery is a requirement of this role.

We are looking for trainers/coaches to deliver courses to groups of unemployed people and 1:1 support, with the aim of helping them progress towards and in to work.

What we need from you:

You will deliver high impact, engaging and interactive workshops to customers with a wide range of employability, wellbeing and digital skills.

You are comfortable managing a classroom of people – both remotely using online systems (Zoom) and in your local area (Tourquay)

Excellent people skills; engaging and empathetic.

First class IT skills – with accurate reporting, action plan updates and general administrative tasks

Must be a self-starter, used to working alone with the support of a great team behind you.

Experience in employability/digital skills and well being preferred but not essential.
