Salary Range: £24,341 To £26,216 pro rata per annum

Mayfield Nurseries provides Wellbeing Services across the city of Southampton. Mayfield Nurseries is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solent Mind. Our garden centre and café are open 7 days a week and any profits are used to support wellbeing services at Mayfield. The post is based at Mayfield Nurseries and provides 1-1 support, groups and workshops to Southampton residents.
The wellbeing coordinator will be responsible for the management of participant referrals, assessments, and allocations. The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will delegate participants to wellbeing staff for 1-1 goal planning and reviews. The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will hold their own caseload of participants and assist in the development and delivery of wellbeing services.
