We have an exciting opening for a Workplace Health and Wellbeing Project Lead to join our team within Justice and Immigration at Serco. The Workplace Health & Wellbeing Project Lead will be accountable for the integration of the Group & Divisional Wellbeing strategy into the business unit and development/ implementation of associated wellbeing initiatives and projects. They will contribute to Serco’s overall Occupational Health and Wellbeing strategy, playing a key role with the ongoing development of the service provision across J and I, ensuring alignment with UK & Europe Division leads, Group Functions and Corporate Shared Services teams.
This role holder will take accountability for the development and implementation of core business unit health & wellbeing projects, working with a range of key stakeholders i.e. front line staff, Contract Directors, customers, HSE HR, etc to ensure that they are both developed and delivered.
This role involves interaction with key stakeholders at all levels across a diverse, multi operational set of contracts and has responsibility for the Business Unit’s management of providers of Health & Wellbeing services, ensuring our relationships are well managed and ensuring our employees remain safe and healthy.

*What you need to do the job: *
This is an opportunity for an individual who is able to work as an independent and autonomous Health & Wellbeing SME who provides strategic direction and operational oversite across the business unit.
It is essential that they have excellent experience of managing customer and service provider relationships.
The post holder must have proven excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills and ability to influence at all levels.
It is important to have cross sector experience with the ability to adapt to different environments quickly.
The post holder should have the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, develop strong business cases and embed improvements across a varied organisation.
