This is an exciting opportunity to join Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing team, which operates across Wales and England. We provide support, services and guidance to organisations on how they can create a mentally healthy workplace. Our current portfolio of paid-for services includes training and learning products, Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index (a benchmark of best policy and practice in workplace mental health) and consultancy services.

You will contribute to the delivery of Mind’s strategic objectives and ongoing development by supporting the ongoing provision of our workplace wellbeing products and services to clients. This will include liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders and maintaining administrative and other relevant systems, processes and procedures which support the team. You will also support the two Account Managers you will be working with in relation to ongoing account management and stewardship of clients.

You will be someone who is highly organised, with great attention to detail and able to undertake a varied and at times fast-paced workload, as well as being able to prioritise work effectively. You will also have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships with staff in other departments and outside of the organisation as required, showing a high level of customer care.

Closing Date: 10th August 2021

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home, with an expectation of being home based for the next six months or until updated government guidelines are published. However, if / when government guidelines change the role may then revert to being office based, whilst retaining some flexible working options.
